Rakesh Bansal brings over 15 years of experience as a real estate investor, including multifamily acquisition, management, and ground up construction projects. For the past decade, Rakesh has been a licensed broker and has been instrumental in the purchase and sale of over 800 single family homes. He also did SF rehab and flips. Rakesh received a Master of Science in Electrical Engineering from The University of Louisiana and worked in the information technology space for over 12 years before switching to real estate full-time. He lives in Houston with his wife and son. He enjoys travel and cooking.

Rajib Batabyal has been involved in Houston real estate through financing, acquisition, and management for 25 years. During his tenure with Newmark, he directly facilitated the placement of debt for in excess of $3.6 billion of transaction volume across more than 18,700 multifamily units. He has transacted with Freddie Mac, Fannie Mae, banks, debt funds, and life co lenders. Jackson holds a B.B.A. in Finance and a Master of Real Estate from Texas A&M University’s Mays Business School. Binitha George brings in over 22 years of working experience in different industries ranging from Construction, Office Automation, Travel and Tourism, Automotive and Real Estate Investments. Her International work experiences include working in India, Dubai, Australia and USA. Binitha completed her 2-year professional accounting course from Lone Star College in Houston and holds a master’s degree in arts. Binitha’s rich experiences include managing accounting of multiple legal entities, banking operations, preparation of financial statements, budgeting, implementation of accounting systems and processes,  and financial reporting. Binitha is a resident of Houston over the last 4 years and lives with her husband and son and enjoys sports and outdoor activities.

Stephanie is an executive level property management professional who has held titles from Director of Education to Senior Vice President of Operations, overseeing over 22,000 units in six markets nationwide. Stephanie has earned her CAPS and CAM designations through the National Apartment Association and is an education faculty member for the National Education Foundation. She is a sought after speaker and facilitator through the nation and can be seen at many of the National Apartment Association Education Conferences.
